Ocean - Symphony for Electric Violin and Other Instruments in 10+ Parts is Valentina Goncharova's immersive meeting of electric violin, electronics and improvisation. Its original movements were recorded in Tallinn in 1988; a new closing piece was recorded in 2021.
Spread over four sides, the music moves from the unfolding title piece through the meditative 'Om' to the expansive 'Return to the Ocean (2021)'. This double LP presents the work with an archival booklet.
