Delivery
We pack all orders carefully so your records, CDs and box sets arrive safely.
UK Delivery
UK orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after dispatch, although this can vary during busy periods or because of courier delays.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £75.00.
Delivery charges for orders under £75.00 are shown at checkout before you pay.
Packaging
Vinyl records are packed securely using protective mailers and packaging suitable for shipping records.
Box sets, CDs and other items are packed according to their size and weight to help prevent damage in transit.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the order will usually be dispatched once the pre-order item is available.
Release dates can change, and we will update product pages where possible if a supplier or label changes the expected date.
If you have already placed an order we will contact you to let you know of any changes to the expected release date.
International Delivery
International delivery options, prices and timescales are shown at checkout where available.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import VAT, customs charges, duties or handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the outer packaging.
- Photos of any damaged corners, sleeves or contents.
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will look into it.
Returns
Changed Your Mind
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after telling us you want to cancel. This reflects UK distance-selling rules for online purchases.
To arrange a return please contact us with your order number.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. For sealed vinyl, CDs and box sets, items should be returned unopened and unused unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will check the item and process your refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
For cancelled online orders, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and receive a refund.
Please do not return damaged or incorrect items without contacting us first, as we may need photos or further information before arranging the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot usually accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in resaleable condition, unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
