Our Music Is Red - With Purple Flashes expands The Creation's 1998 compilation into a 65-track, four-CD survey of the band's studio recordings. The set moves from 1966-1968 mono and stereo material to the later Psychedelic Rose and Power Surge albums.

This expanded Edsel edition places the mono programme on disc one, stereo mixes on disc two, Psychedelic Rose from 1987 on disc three and Power Surge from 1996 on disc four.
