This cyan vinyl edition of Fragments keeps the same remastered album intact, but gives one of The Black Dog's most quietly absorbing recent records a stronger shelf presence. Across four sides the duo move through low-lit rhythm work, brittle detail and the kind of off-center ambience they do better than almost anyone. 'Hex Collapse', 'No JuJu' and 'Amberly House' are easy entry points, but the whole sequence plays best as a complete night-drive listen. A beautiful coloured pressing of a subtle, rewarding album.
