Sprung Aus Den Wolken's self-titled set is one of those early-80s records that still feels unruly in the best way. The band's approach cuts across post-punk tension, dubbed-out rhythm and abrasive experimental texture, capturing the restless energy of West Berlin without sanding off any of the rough edges.
