Boomer's Story, originally released in 1972, sits early in Ry Cooder's catalogue and digs into blues, roots song and American folk material. Cherry Ball Blues and Crow Black Chicken sit alongside Dark End Of The Street and Good Morning Mr Railroad Man, giving the album a broad but grounded traditional feel. This reissue is pressed on 180g vinyl.
