Raa's Vandrar I Ett Regn Med Milles drifts between Balearic ease, downtempo pulse and softly cinematic synth work without ever sounding vague. The Malmo duo keep the music tactile - dusty drum machines, Moog lines and a little late-night jazz atmosphere all show up - but the album hangs together as a proper sequence rather than a mood-board. Iittala Disco and Djungeldrommen are immediate draws, though the whole record has a lovely slow-burn glow.
