Polly Paulusma's 2004 debut Scissors In My Pocket returns on limited magenta vinyl for its 21st anniversary. Recorded largely in a South London garden shed, it brings literary songwriting into an intimate mix of folk, chamber pop and jazz textures. Songs such as 'Dark Side', 'I Was Made To Love You' and 'She Moves In Secret Ways' show the album's melodic range. This pressing contains the original eleven tracks; the five anniversary bonus recordings are exclusive to the CD.
