Vancouver quartet PISS make a confrontational debut that moves between jagged punk, found sound and spoken-word passages. The fifteen tracks explore the lasting effects of violence through abrupt shifts in volume, noise and voice, with 'time loop at hot slit' and 'blocking a scene you can't remember' among the album's central pieces.
