On their debut full-length, Vancouver's PISS turn post-hardcore intensity into something unnervingly intimate. Jagged guitar, spoken fragments and Taylor Zantingh's exposed vocals trace themes of memory, violence and survival. This baby-pink pressing catches a band making punk music that refuses tidy boundaries.
