We offer fast, secure shipping across the UK, with free UK delivery available on all orders over £75.00.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, most UK orders arrive within 2-4 working days, although delivery times can vary during busy periods.

All vinyl records, CDs and box sets are packed carefully using protective packaging to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

For pre-orders, your order will usually be dispatched in line with the stated release date. If your basket includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together.

International shipping is available on selected orders, with rates calculated at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

We accept returns on vinyl records provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.

We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
