Nouvelle Vague turn their signature acoustic and bossa-tinged sound towards thirteen Depeche Mode songs, swapping hard electronic edges for supple rhythm, intimate arrangements and a rotating cast of singers. Skye Edwards brings a new shade to 'Enjoy the Silence' and 'Personal Jesus', while Flavia Coelho and Melanie Pain help reshape the songbook with warmth and restraint.
