The 20th anniversary reissue of In Utero keeps the original 1993 album intact across the first four sides, then opens up a third LP of B-sides and alternate 2013 mixes. That makes this edition more than a straight repress: you get the abrasive core of the album and a wider view of the sessions around it. 'Heart-Shaped Box', 'Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge On Seattle' and 'All Apologies' remain central, while the extra disc pulls in 'Marigold', 'Sappy' and the original Albini mixes.
