We'll Run Away is Medicine's 2025 set, bringing 13 sun-soaked songs into the band's world of fuzzy guitars, hazy melody and shoegaze texture. The record sits firmly in the group's noise-pop lineage while leaning into a lighter, dreamier feel, with Keep An Eye On Summer and the title track setting the tone. This vinyl edition is a limited green, pink and black splatter pressing.
