Underloop pushes Lukid's loop-building instinct to the front, assembling hazy ambient techno from warped textures, ramshackle melodies and rhythmic fragments. The album slips between abstraction and structure with understated force, from the circling Reducer to the blurred pulse of Underhand Brokery and Overloop.
