Khalab and the M'berra Ensemble turn camp recordings from southeast Mauritania into something vivid, transportive and hard to pin down. Tuareg and Hassaniyya voices, hand percussion and stringed instruments are threaded through dubwise electronics and blown-out atmospheres, so the record lands somewhere between communal song, field recording and future-facing studio piece. Desert Storm, Curfew and We Are M'berra are obvious way in points, but the whole album works best as one continuous journey.

We accept returns on vinyl records provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
