First issued in 1972, Case History is Kevin Coyne's debut solo album and still one of the rawest singer-songwriter records to come out of the British underground. This vinyl reissue keeps the stark, blues-soaked folk rock feel intact, with Coyne's voice and writing doing the heavy lifting from the opening side onward.
