First released in 2008, In Search Of Hope was the album that brought Kaidi Tatham's own name to the front, and it still sounds like a blueprint for much of what followed. Broken beat, jazz-funk keys, deep house touch and head-nod soul all move together with ease, never as a genre exercise and always as real musicianship.
