Gpyr has the feel of a band record in the best sense - literate songwriting, sharp melodic turns and arrangements that never get in the way of the songs. Josh Joplin Group balance wit and melancholy well, which gives the LP a lot of character from the first side onward.
'Colored Copies', 'Goodbye Berlin' and 'Predator And Prey' stand out quickly, but the album is strongest when heard as a complete sequence. A thoughtful indie rock set with proper tune-writing at its centre.

We accept returns on vinyl records provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
