Holy Tongue's Basilikum follows the trio's EPs and Shackleton collaboration with another full-length exploration of their free-form rhythmic instincts. Developed from sessions in the Swiss Alps and London, its bass, percussion and restless dub-inflected patterns create a dark, physical sound, sharpened by two vocal contributions from Dali De Saint Paul. From Coca to Nature, the music moves between ritual repetition and open improvisation.
