On Hila, Frankie Rose pushes melodic synth pop into darker post-punk territory, using layered electronics and a cinematic sense of space to explore loss and memory. Rainman pauses in a mist of sound, while Manifest adds an industrial pulse and Velvet Refrain offers a luminous close. This Night School edition is pressed on limited clear and yellow smash vinyl.
