This two-CD collection pairs Foghat's recent concert recordings from venues across the United States with 'Shaken & Stirred' by Earl & The Agitators, a blues-rock project featuring members of Foghat. The live set runs from 'My Babe' to 'I Just Want To Make Love To You', while the second disc collects 17 tracks from the earlier project.

Disc one contains fourteen live recordings from the 2020s. Disc two features seventeen tracks from Earl & The Agitators' 2018 project 'Shaken & Stirred'.
