A warm indie-rock record with a candid streak, Funny Cos It's True pairs Everyone Says Hi's conversational songwriting with open-hearted choruses. What You Were Looking For and Life Isn't Perfect highlight its mix of uncertainty and optimism, before Everyone's Gonna Lose brings the tracklist home. This is the limited indie-exclusive orange vinyl pressing, separate from the standard black LP.
