The Waking Sun is a restless debut from El Moono, pushing from atmospheric intros to jagged riffs, huge choruses and abrasive turns that never feel stitched together for the sake of it. The band's post-hardcore and alt-metal instincts give the LP real weight, but there is just as much attention paid to pacing and contrast. 'Illusionist', 'Phantom' and 'Soul Eclipse' are standouts, though the short framing pieces help the whole record hit as a complete album.

We accept returns on vinyl records provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
