A major archival Brazilian jazz set from drummer Edison Machado, recorded in New York in 1978 and finally issued decades later. Edison Machado & Boa Nova has the drive and looseness you want from Machado, but the arrangements stay elegant throughout, moving between samba-rooted rhythm, deep groove and late-night improvisation. 'Porto Feliz', 'Pra Nova' and the closing 'Atlantico' make a strong case for this long-lost session.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
