Basic Editions finds Dean Spunt turning toward a more synthetic language, building the record from vintage E-MU modules and letting the sounds feel playful, slippery and strangely personal. It is an electronic album, but not a cold one - meditative in places, slyly absurd in others, and full of little details that keep shifting the frame.
Short pieces like Gonzo Bop and Apricot Child move quickly, while tracks such as Critic In A Coma and The Eternal Present give the album its deeper pull.

We accept returns on vinyl records provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
