Testing the Waters follows crys cole through five linked chapters of electroacoustic sound. Water recordings drift around restrained instrumental gestures and electronically shaped textures, making the detail of each sound as important as the space surrounding it. Originally commissioned by WDR 3, the piece was composed in Berlin in 2023 and completed for this release.
Issued as a limited compact disc in a gatefold card case, this edition contains the complete five-chapter work.

We accept returns on vinyl records provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, in fully resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for opened vinyl records unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
