Brian Eno and J Peter Schwalm made Drawn From Life in 2001, bringing ambient space into conversation with understated electronic rhythm, shadowy voices and acoustic detail. The two parts of 'Like Pictures' move between drifting texture and fragmented song, while 'Night Traffic' and 'Bloom' reveal the record's patient sense of motion. This vinyl reissue carries the album's quietly immersive world through to the closing instrumental version of 'Bloom'.
