Beasts Of Bourbon's bruising 1991 album The Low Road mixes hard, grinding rock with the raw nerve of the blues. Tex Perkins' battered delivery is at the heart of Chase The Dragon, Ride On and the album's bleak closing song Goodbye Friends. This 35th-anniversary deluxe double LP keeps the original ten-track sequence and adds a second record of extra material, including live performances.
