On Beach Samba, Astrud Gilberto's soft-focus vocals float across bossa nova, lightly orchestrated pop and lounge jazz. Originally issued in 1967, the album moves from the airy 'Stay' and 'Misty Roses' to the drifting title piece. This limited eco-mix vinyl reissue gives the Brazilian singer's warmly understated record another spin.
