This translucent black marbled edition revisits The Rack, the 1991 debut that established Asphyx's blunt, oppressive take on death metal. Grinding riffs are broken up by drawn-out doom sections, giving tracks such as Evocation and the closing title piece their heavy, cavernous pull. The 2026 pressing includes an insert and spot-varnished sleeve.
