Aquarian Blood leave more of the old punk scrape behind here and lean into a dusky psych-folk spell. J.B. and Laurel Horrell let the songs drift between acoustic shimmer, country twang and shadowy rhythm, making the record feel homespun, haunted and strangely inviting.
