A standout early-2000s electro-techno album, Hypothetical Situations still sounds sleek, strange and sharply futuristic. The long-form tracks give the grooves room to breathe, and this remastered reissue restores the album's balance of machine funk and deep-space tension across cuts like 'Bermuda Triangle', 'Consequences Of Cloning' and 'Galactic Rotation'.
